Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wall of Woven Words. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Times
We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Please note the different processing times for our various product types:
Digital Products (Ebooks/Journals): These are delivered instantly via email upon successful payment. No physical shipping is required.
Ready-to-Ship Decor & Printed Crafts: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Original Paintings & Custom Orders: Because these items require extra care in drying and packaging (or are created specifically for you), please allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipment.
Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and potential customs delays for international orders.1
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Wall of Woven Words is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
We take great pride in how we pack our paintings and decor. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Take photos of the damaged item and the box—this will help us assist you in the process.
6. International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide! Please be aware that international shipping can occasionally take longer due to customs clearance processes in your country.2
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
