Refund Policy
At Wall of Woven Words, we want you to love every story and piece of art you bring into your home. Because we offer a variety of digital and physical creations, our refund policies vary by product type. Please read below for the details on how we handle returns.
1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Journals, & Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of ebooks, digital journals, and downloadable crafts are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been sent or downloaded, it cannot be "returned" to us.
Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue with your file or received the wrong digital link, please contact us within 7 days, and we will ensure you receive a working copy immediately.
2. Physical Goods (Home Decor & Printed Crafts)
We accept returns on physical items (excluding custom orders) within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Process: To start a return, please email us at wallofwovenwords@gmail.com with your order number.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
3. Original Paintings & Custom Orders
Hand-painted art and custom-made items are unique, one-of-a-kind creations.
Custom Orders: Any item made to your specific instructions (custom journals or personalized paintings) is non-refundable.
Original Paintings: We want you to be 100% happy with your art. If an original painting doesn't feel right in your space, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss an exchange or return.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in "weaving" and packing your orders, but we know accidents happen during transit. If your physical item arrives damaged:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the damage and the packaging.
We will send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
